This workshop is built for leadership teams that no longer want to watch AI from the sidelines, but don't yet know where to start. Specifically a fit if:

  • Your leadership team understands AI will change something, but conversations get stuck on buzzwords.
  • You want to move past demos and TED talks to concrete applications inside your own company.
  • You want the whole team to speak the same language before making investment decisions.
  • You have one or more business challenges that you suspect AI could solve.

Less of a fit if you're looking for a deep technical dive for engineers, or a generic awareness session without hands-on work.

Who is this workshop intended for?
For directors, leadership teams and senior managers who want to deploy AI strategically in their organisation. The workshop is practice-oriented, not technical. Prior knowledge isn't required, curiosity is.
How many participants can join?
We work with groups of up to 10 participants. That keeps the session interactive and ensures every challenge in the room gets attention.
Where does the workshop take place?
In-house at your organisation, or on an external location in the Netherlands. We bring everything we need.
How long is the workshop?
One day of 6 hours, including short breaks. We usually start around 9:30 and wrap up around 16:30.
What does the workshop cost?
Pricing on request, depending on group size, location and any additional wishes. Plan a no-strings call for a tailored proposal.
What prior knowledge is required?
No technical knowledge. We work hands-on with tools, but we don't code ourselves. A laptop per participant is helpful though.
Which tools will be covered?
Among others ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, n8n and other relevant AI tools. We show when to use which tool and why.
Do we get the slides?
Yes. All participants receive the full slide deck afterwards for internal reference and reuse.
What is the difference with an online AI course or e-learning?
A course gives you generic knowledge. We translate AI in 6 hours into your concrete business context, with your own challenge as the case. You leave the room with a working prototype, not a certificate.
What happens after the workshop?
