Hands-on AI training your team will actually use

Your team demonstrably more productive with AI in one half-day. No cure, no pay.

Many AI trainings are theoretical talks about how disruptive AI is, followed by a few ChatGPT prompts. Four weeks later nobody is doing anything with it. That isn't training, that's an expensive afternoon.

Our High Performing AI training is set up differently. One half-day, hands-on, with the tools and use cases of your team. By the end of the half-day every participant has applied AI workflows to their own work. And if what was learned doesn't demonstrably stick, you get your money back.

What does this AI training involve exactly?

Our High Performing AI training is a hands-on programme in which employees learn how to deploy AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude concretely in their daily work. The difference with an AI course or e-learning: in this training you work on your own tasks, with guidance, on location or in-house. No videos, no homework, just directly applicable results.

The High Performing AI training is designed for SMBs and larger organizations: founders who want to work with AI themselves, teams that want to speed up their daily work, and marketers who want to deliver more content or more impact. No developers, no data scientists. Just people who write emails, draft proposals, produce content, deal with customers or do administration. That's where AI is already delivering 30-50% productivity gains in 2026, provided you know how.

What your team gets in one half-day

By the end of the half-day every participant can:

  • Operate two AI tools for their own work (ChatGPT and Claude)
  • Have built their own "prompt library" with 10-15 reusable prompts for recurring tasks
  • Apply document analysis and summarization to real pieces from work
  • Draft customer emails and proposals with AI in 1/4 of the time
  • Recognise common mistakes (hallucinations, data privacy, wrong tone)
  • Decide which tasks should and shouldn't be outsourced to AI

These aren't learning goals on paper. We measure them. By the end of the half-day every participant shows their own examples.

Who this AI training is for

This training works best for:

  • Founders who want to boost their own productivity with AI (small teams or solo)
  • Teams in SMBs and larger organizations working daily on customer contact, content, administration or operations
  • Marketers who want to speed up content production, campaign management and research
  • Service businesses (consultancy, marketing, legal, accounting, real estate, healthcare)
  • E-commerce teams with a lot of manual content or customer service work

No technical prior knowledge required. We start from scratch.

We work with groups of 4 to 12 people per session. Below 4 the group dynamic is too thin, above 12 the 1-on-1 work no longer works. For larger organizations we split into multiple days or parallel sessions.

Not suitable for: development teams that want to build AI (for that we support with AI web development), or boards that want to make strategic choices (for that our AI strategy workshop is available).

Which AI tools we cover

We train on the tools that are doing the work in organizations in 2026. No exotic niche tools, just the two most important ones your employees will still be using tomorrow:

ChatGPT for ideation, image generation, content production, emails and brainstorming. The easiest entry point, the broadest use. See also our ChatGPT tool page.

Claude for analysis of longer documents, refactoring of text, more complex reasoning and legal or financial pieces. Also for building dashboards, internal tools or apps. Stronger in output quality than ChatGPT on longer tasks. See also our Claude tool page.

Per tool we cover at least two concrete use cases that are directly applicable to your team. We work with the free or paid versions, depending on your situation and budget.

No cure, no pay explained

A training offer without a guarantee is a gamble. We put money on the line to show that we believe in it.

"Cure" defined:  after the training at least 70% of participants indicate that they have actually learned relevant AI capabilities and are aware of the impact on their own work.

What you get back if it doesn't work: 50% of the training amount back if fewer than 70% of participants indicate they learned relevant AI capabilities and are aware of the impact on their work.

Conditions:

  • At least 4 participants
  • Participants attended the entire half-day
  • Employer gives participants at least 1 hour per week to integrate AI into work during the 30 days
  • 30 days after the training participants fill in the measurement

This isn't a marketing gimmick. We know from experience that when the company gives the room, it always works. If the company doesn't give the room, it's not on us, and the guarantee lapses. Honest story.

Locations and in-house

We give the High Performing AI training in-house at your office by default. That has three advantages: participants work on their own tasks in their own environment, no travel time, and the group dynamic stays stronger.

We're based in Amersfoort and Groningen and travel across the entire Netherlands. Prefer not at the office? We regularly work from locations across the country (ask about options during your intake).

What participants say

Jurriën and Erik took our company through the world of Vibe Coding for a full day. None of our participants had experience coding or building (simple) tools themselves. After this inspiring day we all got started with the recommended tools. After just 2 weeks we already see and feel the benefit of this day. Highly recommended.

AI training or AI workshop, which fits better

Many people confuse AI training and AI workshop. The difference:

AI workshop: 6 hours, for management or board, strategic level. Goal: knowing where AI stands, what it can do, and what choices you make now. There's a balance between theory (what's the impact of AI) and practice (hands-on with AI tools). See our AI strategy workshop.

AI training: a half-day of 3 to 4 hours, for operational staff, operational level. Goal: actually learning to use tools on your own work. Tools run the entire half-day.

Often it pays off to first do the workshop for the board, then the training for the team. We also offer them as a combo.
